Refund Policy

At Physiotutors, we’re committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products. We understand that sometimes things might not work out, and in those instances, we have a clear refund policy in place. Please review the following guidelines which outline our refund policy for various products offered through Physiotutors and our partners.

Digital Products

The Assessment E-Book:
We offer refunds for the Assessment E-Book within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund. If you encounter any issues with accessing or using the e-book, please contact us immediately at

The Assessment App & Manual Therapy App:
Refunds for the Assessment App and Manual Therapy App are available for 24 hours following your purchase. To request a refund, please directly contact Apple Customer Service for iOS purchases or Google Customer Service for Android purchases, as the transaction is processed through the App Store or Google Play.

Online Courses (
A 48-hour refund policy applies to all online courses sold on If you find the course is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please note, if it is evident that a significant portion of the course has been completed within this timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. This policy does not apply to webinars, which are non-refundable.

Physical Products

The Assessment Book (Paperback):
The Assessment Book (Paperback) is sold and fulfilled directly through Amazon. Consequently, any refund requests or disputes regarding this product must be directed to Amazon Customer Service. PhysioTutors does not handle refunds or disputes for the paperback version of the Assessment Book.


General Refund Request Process

To request a refund for eligible products (excluding those sold and fulfilled by Amazon, or purchases made on the App Store or Google Play), please send an email to with the following details:
