In den Rahmenempfehlungen, die die Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Heilmittelverb\u00e4nde e.V. als Dachverband der Heilmittelverb\u00e4nde gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 125 Abs. 1 SGB V mit den Spitzenverb\u00e4nden der Krankenkassen beschlossen hat, ist die Dauer der Fortbildung, die in einem vierj\u00e4hrigen Rhythmus nachzuweisen ist, mit 60 Punkten (1 Punkt entspricht dabei einer Unterrichtseinheit von 45 Minuten) festgelegt. Allerdings dauern die Verhandlungen mit den Prim\u00e4rkassen (z.B. AOK, BKK, IKK, Knappschaft) \u00fcber den Umfang der Anerkennung so genannter strittiger Fortbildungsinhalte (Fortbildungen z.B. aus dem Bereich der Pr\u00e4vention) noch an.\r\n\r\nDiese gesetzliche Regelung entspricht sinngleichen Regelungen in den Versorgungsvertr\u00e4gen gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 125 Abs. 2 zwischen Krankenkassen und Leistungserbringern auf Landesebene. Dort ist aus nachvollziehbaren Gr\u00fcnden die Verpflichtung zur Fortbildung nicht auf den Praxisinhaber beschr\u00e4nkt, sondern trifft auch deren angestellte\/freie Mitarbeiter in den ambulanten Praxen.\r\n\r\nWer der Fortbildungspflicht teilweise oder gar nicht nachkommt, muss mit Verg\u00fctungsabschl\u00e4gen bzw. Vertragsstrafen rechnen.\r\n\r\nEs gibt kein Anerkennungs-\/Zertifizierungsverfahren f\u00fcr die Fortbildungsangebote. Dass die Fortbildung den entsprechenden Kriterien entspricht, liegt ausschlie\u00dflich in der Verantwortung des Veranstalters. Dieser vergibt auch die entsprechenden Punkte.\r\n\r\nSollten Fortbildungsinhalte durch die Krankenkassen nicht anerkannt werden, besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, nicht anerkannte Fortbildungen durch andere anerkannte Fortbildungen zu ersetzen.
