Adding to this, exercise therapy is associated with a quicker time to recovery and enhanced outcomes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsurprisingly, therapies such as ultrasound, short-wave therapy, laser therapy, and electrotherapy have no value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chronic sprains<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chronic ankle sprains are a bit different.
