We understand that sometimes things might not work out, and in those instances, we have a clear refund policy in place. Digital Products<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe Assessment E-Book:<\/strong>\r\nWe offer refunds for the Assessment E-Book within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund. If you encounter any issues with accessing or using the e-book, please contact us immediately at shop@physiotutors.com.\r\n\r\nOnline Courses (study.physiotutors.com<\/a>):\r\n<\/strong>A 48-hour refund policy applies to all online courses sold on study.physiotutors.com. If you find the course is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please note, if it is evident that a significant portion of the course has been completed within this timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. This policy does not apply to webinars, which are non-refundable.\r\n

Physical Products<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe Assessment Book (Paperback):<\/strong>\r\nThe Assessment Book (Paperback) is sold and fulfilled directly through Amazon. Consequently, any refund requests or disputes regarding this product must be directed to Amazon Customer Service. Physiotutors does not handle refunds or disputes for the paperback version of the Assessment Book.\r\n\r\n \r\n
