Frozen Shoulder Update

Adherent subacromial bursitis, Frozen Shoulder, adhesive capsulitis, FSCS, primary or secondary….. The “Frozen shoulder” remains a highly discussed phenomenon and certainly not solely about it’s name.
A classic treatment pathway consists of corticosteroid injection and ‘supervised neglect’ assuming that the condition will resolve over time.
